“任何人未经许可拿走或保留任何受管制野生动物的任何部分或衍生物，即属犯罪，一经定罪，可处以不超过五万令吉的罚款或不超过三年的监禁，或两者兼施。 ”。
原文：”Any person who takes or keeps any part or derivative of any controlled wildlife without a licence commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.”
无照经营买卖野生动物
”从事涉及任何受保护野生动物或任何受保护野生动物的任何部分或衍生物的交易业务的任何人或
未经许可而受控制的野生动物即属犯罪，一经定罪“
原文” Any person who carries out the business of dealing involving any protected wildlife, or any part or derivative of any protected wildlife or
controlled wildlife, without a licence commits an offence and shall, on conviction—“
(a) 如果此人是个人，可处以不少于三万令吉且不超过十万令吉的罚款或不超过三年的监禁，或两者兼施； 或者
(b) 如果该人是法人团体，可处以不少于五万令吉且不超过十万令吉的罚款。”。
原文：“(a) where such person is an individual, be liable to a fine of not less than thirty thousand ringgit and not more than one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both; or
(b) where such person is a body corporate, be liable to a fine of not less than fifty thousand ringgit and not more than one hundred thousand ringgit.”.”
附表 10 中规定的任何完全受保护的野生动物或此类野生动物的任何部分或衍生物，一经定罪，
